The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is making 8000 of its data sets available as open data – which means they can be accessed, used and shared for any purpose, for free. If you want to browse what we have and how our data is being used, come along to our first #DataMarket.

The day will be part unconference, part showcase, and part networking event for data users and custodians. There will be a variety of sessions running throughout the day, including soapbox showcase, a data café and more.

There will be keynote talks from Defra’s Permanent Secretary and Secretary of State, an innovation workshop, and stalls showing off the best data innovation ideas.

The first batch of tickets is available now – Register to secure your place.
